Process
The scope and review points are made clear, so you know what is happening at every stage.
I ask about your current situation, goals, preferred language, target launch date, and budget. The first 30-minute consultation is free.
In Japanese or English, I learn about your business, intended audience, content, and how the site will be managed after launch.
I define the page structure, content, translation scope, the areas your team would like to update, forms, and other project requirements.
You receive written details covering the fee, schedule, included work, and the conditions for any additional charges.
After the agreement and initial payment, you provide the agreed content, images, logos, and other materials needed for production. The initial payment is generally 30–40% of the project fee.
The website is implemented through staged reviews of its structure and design, with both language versions tested for clarity and usability.
Japanese and English content, links, forms, responsive layouts, and basic SEO settings and search metadata are reviewed.
Once the final review is complete, the remaining 60–70% is invoiced. After payment is confirmed, the website is launched and the agreed handover materials are provided. If your team can update the site, you also receive clear instructions for the editing screen.
Optional maintenance plans are available for post-launch monitoring and minor updates.
To maintain quality, I limit the number of projects accepted at one time. Current start dates are shared during the initial inquiry.
