Based in Kurume, Fukuoka, ND SYSTEMS handles site structure, content organization, bilingual expression, development, agreed external-service connections, handover, and post-launch support through one accountable point of contact.
Business structure
ND SYSTEMS is a sole proprietorship established in November 2025. Initial consultation, project planning, quotations, contracts, invoices, production, launch, training, and maintenance are handled by the same person in Japanese or English.
ND SYSTEMS operates from Nashiyasan, my family's pear farm in Kurume. I also develop and maintain the farm's public website and delivery management system while taking part in its day-to-day operations.
For privacy, I do not publish my personal name on this website. The business details required for a formal quotation or agreement are provided directly after the initial consultation.
Native-language review and specialist third-party integrations may involve an outside professional when appropriate. Any external role and cost is explained in advance, while ND SYSTEMS remains responsible for project coordination and final quality within the agreed scope.
Areas of responsibility
I handle discovery, requirements, project plans, quotations, scope and price discussions, contracts, invoices, and payment confirmation in Japanese or English. For complex points, I can also provide an English voice explanation when useful.
The work may include information architecture, page structure, organization of supplied materials, bilingual content adaptation, responsive development, CMS or admin features, basic SEO, and agreed integrations such as Meta Pixel.
I support testing and launch, CMS training, and agreed post-launch updates and maintenance. The exact deliverables, including any Google Form creation and ownership transfer, are defined for each project in the quotation and agreement.

Operational experience
My experience includes accounting and job costing in shipbuilding, procurement, tourism, international customer support, and process improvement. Across different fields, I focus on how the work actually flows, where decisions become difficult, and what customers often ask, then use that understanding to shape the website content and required features.
Systems used in daily operations
For my family's pear farm, I built and continue to operate both the public website and a private delivery management system. Automating approximately 700 shipping labels and 100 invoices, and improving the order, shipping, and invoicing flow around real farm work, reinforced the importance of making websites and systems practical to use long after launch.

The technical setup is chosen around the size of the site, how it will be updated after launch, what admin features are needed, and how easy it will be to maintain. AI policy
AI is used to improve speed and review quality in areas such as content organization, translation drafts, coding, and test support. Client communication, requirements, bilingual expression, technical architecture, and operational fit are reviewed by ND SYSTEMS, which remains responsible for the final quality.
Technical practice and review
I use HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, Django, Next.js, and related tools in client work and live systems that require ongoing improvement. Technical decisions are reviewed against the project goal, editing workflow, and long-term maintenance needs, using current information from both English and Japanese sources.
