Make the offer clear
Organize the services, pricing, process, and practical details Japanese customers need before they contact you.
Japanese-facing websites managed in English
The goal is not simply to add Japanese pages. It is to give Japanese customers the information and confidence they need to enquire, book, or visit. The project scope starts with that business goal.
Start with the business goal
We look at your intended customers, the route to an enquiry or booking, and what the website needs to achieve before deciding on the information and pathways it needs.
Organize the services, pricing, process, and practical details Japanese customers need before they contact you.
Present your experience, scope, business details, and answers to common concerns in a form that feels credible in Japan.
Create a clear route to the right next step, whether that is an enquiry, trial lesson, booking, visit, or consultation.
Project options
The project scope is based on how much information the website needs to communicate and what your team needs to update after launch. You do not need to choose a plan before contacting me.

Website projects with editing features
Use an established CMS for structured updates such as news, or choose a custom admin when your workflow requires dedicated fields, login, or an English editing interface.
From ¥990,000 incl. tax
A bilingual website that uses an established CMS such as microCMS for updating structured content such as news.
Core scope
From ¥1,650,000 incl. tax
A bilingual website with Google login and a dedicated admin screen for one agreed type of structured content.
Core scope
I can separate what you need now from features that can be added later, then identify the most appropriate starting scope.
A bilingual project includes separate Japanese and English pages, project communication in English or Japanese, organization of the supplied material, translation and localization within the agreed written volume, and quality checks for both language versions. The listed prices reflect that additional planning, production, and review work.
The ¥990,000+ plan uses the existing editing interface of a CMS such as microCMS. The ¥1,650,000+ plan includes a dedicated admin screen with features such as Google login or an English interface. Both guide prices assume one structured content type. Additional content types, drafts, scheduled publishing, approval flows, or multiple staff permission levels are quoted separately.
Customer, order, payment, booking, or other business-management systems are outside this guide price and require a separate requirements review, quotation, and maintenance agreement.
External-service connections
Bookings, payments, and inventory are handled by established services suited to the industry. The Next.js website provides a clear route to the service's hosted page, purchase button, or official widget.
STORES Reservations, Square Appointments, RESERVA, AirRESERVE
Suitable for lessons, consultations, visits, experiences, and events through a booking button, widget, or hosted booking page.
tripla Book, AirHost Booking Engine, and similar services
Purpose-built services can handle availability, room plans, OTAs, cancellation rules, and advance payment.
TableCheck, ebica, and similar services
Purpose-built services can handle live availability, table allocation, courses, cancellation protection, and multilingual bookings.
Square Payment Links, BASE, Shopify
Purchase buttons suit one-off payments, while hosted shops suit most e-commerce projects. If you already use Stripe, the integration scope can be reviewed separately.
A link to one contracted service, installation of a client-supplied official widget, visual adjustments, and desktop and mobile display checks.
Service selection or contract support, initial entry of rooms, tables, menus, prices, or cancellation rules, payment onboarding, APIs, webhooks, and custom booking or purchase flows.
Available widgets, payment methods, and plan requirements vary by service and are confirmed against the current terms during selection.
You do not need everything ready before contacting me. Guide prices assume that the client supplies written content, photos, logos, and external URLs such as video, LINE, or booking links. Creating a Google Form on the client’s behalf and transferring ownership, photography, copywriting from scratch, or setting up a new external service is stated separately in the quotation when required.
Pricing guide
Listed prices are guide prices for a standard project scope. After the initial consultation, you receive a confirmed scope and quotation before work begins.
The project fee is generally split into two payments: 30–40% when work begins, and 60–70% on completion and handover. The exact split and amounts are stated in the final quotation and agreement.
How quotations work
Rather than publishing a long menu of individual tasks, the quotation focuses on the factors that materially change the project.
The scope depends on more than page count. The number of services and case studies, and how much content organization is needed, also matter.
You can contact me before written content, photos, or the page structure are ready. During scoping, we confirm what needs to be organized, written, translated, or edited.
Content editing, dedicated admin screens, booking, payments, and connections to external services affect the implementation scope.
Scope
Basic translation of supplied written content, editing for readability on the web, and organization of headings, paragraphs, and content order within the agreed page and written volume.
Writing from scratch, interview-based copywriting, and native-language review are quoted separately. Native-language review may extend the schedule because it requires coordination with a separate reviewer. Translation or review requiring legal, medical, financial, or similar specialist judgment is not handled.
During production
If pages, features, or copywriting are added after the project starts, the effect on price and timing is explained first. Additional work is not billed without agreement.
